Tax season is right around the corner, Our office hours will be extending the week of January 6th:
Mondays-Fridays 8am- 6pm
Saturday January 11th & 18th will be open 8 am- 1pm
For the following Saturdays until the end of tax season we will be open 8am - 6pm
We have made some new changes this past year including new staff and a new way of scheduling.
For those who have received our yearly letter, we are doing our appointments differently. We ask that you call and make your appointment as soon as possible.
The appointments will be set up as followed: a brief 15 minute face to face appointment with Don as he finalizes your return. We ask that you bring us your tax information 2 weeks prior to your appointment either via mail, email, secure link or simply dropping it off at the office. This way our office staff can input your information ahead of time. If this option does not fit your needs, please contact us so we can put you on an extension and resume the typical 45 min- 1 hour long appointments after April 15th.
You will also see some new faces around the office, including Don’s Sister Michele who will be helping with inputting and bookkeeping and our new secretary Regan. She will be helping us schedule appointments and ensuring things are running smoothly. With this we ask that you come on time to your appointment and try to avoid being too early or more than 5 minutes late. We appreciate your cooperation since this is new for us as well!
